8. Chat Assistant

The chat assistant on this site is an AI service. The messages you type are processed by Anthropic's Claude service and, as a fallback, by Groq, which act as our data processors.
We store conversations to improve the quality of the answers. We do not attach your name, IP address or any other identifier to them, and we automatically try to remove email addresses, phone numbers, personal identity codes and bank account numbers from messages before storage. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in developing the service, and conversations are deleted after 35 days. We review the conversations weekly with the help of AI and use them to improve what the chat assistant knows. The summary and the conversations are delivered by email for our internal use only, and we delete them as well within 35 days.
Conversations are kept with Upstash, and the site runs on Vercel's servers. Some of these providers are located in the United States; such transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Please do not enter personal data in the chat. If you leave a contact request in the chat, it is delivered to us by email like a contact form message and is not stored with the conversations.
